Application of Self-Optimizing Control in Economic Systems

This paper mainly introduced the application of Self- Optimizing Control in the economic system, especially in the tax. In the paper, first, the principle of Self-Optimizins Control is introduced. Second, the old tax system is analysed. Last, a new tax system --- Self- Optimizing Tax System, and its analysis model are offered. The new tax system has not only the forciblity, the gratuitousness and the stability, but also the elasticity. It can establish a balance between the control of the macroeconomy and the invigoration of the microeconomy, and give full play to the enterprise manager's subjective activity.
