Vector network analyzer comparison up to 110 GHz in 1 mm coaxial line

We present a measurement comparison between two Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) on 1 mm coaxial line up to 110 GHz. The first VNA uses broadband coaxial test head modules while the second is coaxial up to 67 GHz and uses waveguide test head modules from 67 GHz to 110 GHz, connected to 1 mm coaxial line through waveguide to coaxial adapters. This comparison is carried out in order to assess the level of confidence and to prepare the uncertainty budget in view of submitting new Measurement and Calibration Capabilities (CMCs) in the domain of S parameters measurements up to 110 GHz.
