Comparison of two realisations of a power standard

The paper describes a comparison conducted at the National Measurement Institute Australia (NMIA) between the thermal power comparator that sets the Australian standard of power and the digital power comparator developed at the D. I Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology, Russia. The difference between the two systems did not exceed 5 μW/VA at 53 Hz, 240 V currents of 2.5 A and 4.5 A, and power factors from 0 to 1.
