Is there differentia between traditional and cloud ERP on implementation activity?

Because of the advantage of leasing with low-cost and functions-simplicity, the Cloud-Computing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) gradually merges the traditional ERP. Due to the two types of version will cause high differentia in implementation activities, lots of senior managers are worried about suspending the process. Therefore, the research uses the Qualitative Interviews to set up "The ERP Implementation Activities Chart" showing dimensions, categories, crucial factors and tasks; then, the paper expresses the weights of every dimension, category, and crucial task with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Furthermore, this research establishing "Importance Degree Order of Crucial Tasks" In contrast to, this research using nonparametric statistics likes Spearman's rho value to compare the consistency of above importance degree order, which revealed that the importance degree orders of category and crucial task were similar in both traditional and Cloud ERP. These results recommended enterprises managers that don't be worried about the implementation differences between traditional and Cloud ERP.
