Research On Improved DEMATEL method considering preference consistency

In order to effectively deal with ignoring the experts preference consistency problems in the process of constructing the direct judgment matrix of the current DEMATEL method. In view of the current situation shown characteristics of “decision - oriented pluralism”, “project attribute heterogeneity” and “decision making information diversity” in complex decision making, analyzing two dimensions on controllability of the decision making process and the effectiveness of experts interaction to form overall reflection on the integration strategy of preference consistency check. Giving the overall preference consistency check method of the initial judgment information and multi-round inconsistent decision making information adjustment strategy based on the whole decision making information judgment strategy and the paired factors comparison information sequence conversion strategy. Case application of the key influence factors identification of public information service platform construction indicates, the above mentioned methods and strategies are effective and feasible, they may provide reference for the DEMATEL method in direct influence matrix structure process of the experts group check, adjustment and aggregation.
