Research on the financing mode of small and micro enterprises basing on the peer-to-peer lending

As a new financial format, peer-to-peer lending(P2P lending) solve the financing problems of small and micro enterprises to a certain extent. This paper analyses the pure online financing mode and the combination of online and offline financing mode of small and micro enterprises under the P2P lending. The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various financing models. Basing on a case, the article further analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the small and micro enterprise financing mode under the P2P lending, puts forward the countermeasures that can promote the healthy development of small and micro enterprises financing mode.
