Simulation and working parameters' selection method of a remote control vehicle's source signal

On the basis of the bubble oscillation theory and its modified model, and by using the Runge-Kutta algorithm, airgun source signal wavelets are obtained. Through simulation, the impacts of different sound source parameters on wave quality are studied and the consistency of the airgun source signal is verified. Using the sonar equation, the method of calculating the signal transmission distance theoretically is given. The signal spectrum is calculated. The transmission channel is simulated under the normal mode model and the ray model under the same working conditions. The airgun signal is used as the transmitting signal. So two different kinds of signals are received and the spectrums of the received signals are then calculated. By comparing the spectrums' characteristics it can be seen that the normal mode channel is more suitable for use as the transmission channel of the airgun source in the simulation.
