The dynamical behavior of a SEI model: Acute and chronic stagesand nonlinear incidence rate

In this paper, according to consequent system of a SEI model, a model withvital dynamical and nonlinear incidence rate of saturated mass action is proposed. By making use of differential equation and characteristic of hepatitis C, we analyze the equilibrium of the model with nonlinear incidence rate and come up with several theorems about stability.
