Research and application of machine vision in intelligent manufacturing

The application of machine vision makes the manufacturing equipment more intelligent, And also greatly improve the production efficiency. The key technologies(such as imaging system, image acquisition, image pre-processing, image segmentation, image recognition and so on) are summarized and discussed in this paper. At the same time, combined with several specific examples of the object measurement and the identification in Intelligent Manufacturing, to explain the application of machine vision in intelligent manufacturing in detail. At the end of the paper, some problems in practical application are discussed.
