Effective constitutive parameters of anisotropic chiral multilayered media

This paper presents a novel method for expressing the effective constitutive parameters of multilayered structures with anisotropic chiral component phases. The used technique is based on decomposition of the chiral structure into two equivalents anisotropic media. The numerical results of the proposed method are presented and compared with the multi-scale homogenization method using finite element method (FEM).
