Peculiarities and methods of fractal queues simulation

The problems of creating adequate mathematical models of a fractal traffic service actual for the modern theory of computer networks design are considered. The ARAND method (Accurate RAND) is proposed to solve the problem of correct realization of heavy tailed distributions. The time advance mechanism defects' in GPSS World are identified. Recommendations on simulation modeling of fractal systems of queueing service are developed. Obtaining of faster results of modeling with the specified accuracy are achieved.
