An improved actuator node deployment algorithm of CPSs network based on QPSO

To improve the efficiency of Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs), based on Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO), a new optimization algorithm named K-means Multigroup Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (KMQPSO) for actuator node deployment in CPS is proposed in this paper. The algorithm clusters M sensor nodes into N classes by using K-means algorithm, and then generates an initial solution of algorithm by taking the range center of N classes as location coordinate of N actuator nodes, and shares the information at a certain frequency of communication while particle swarms searching independently for solution space. Several experiments were conducted to evaluate this algorithm and compare the performances with other latest actuator deployment algorithms, the results show that the proposed method can improve the real-time coverage rate.
