A semantic selection strategy for composite Web services based on conforming objects

In recent years, gathering Web services into communities are becoming of major importance. Most of the existing selection strategies for composite Web services from specific communities select the optimized solution without considering relationships between these services and communities. Indeed, these relationships describe the relations between the objects manipulated by the services. So, using an OWL DL ontology for Web service description which relates concepts of community, abstract service, provided service and their related objects by using description logic axioms, we propose a semantic selection strategy for conforming composite services based on the conforming objects which satisfy user constraints. The user constraints are imposed on the related objects and their relationships of the requested abstract services. The selection strategy guided by the conforming objects, identifies conforming composite services by generating SPARQL queries. This selection strategy completes an optimisation selection to reduce the number of composed services and to select only the best conforming composite services.
