Towards an intelligent traceability system

The Internet of Things' emergence allows a smooth and rapid integration of intelligent products into the supply chain. This can be a catalyst for new traceability's solution form, which allows not only to identify, to restore history, to provide properties and to track a product, but also this form of solution can make changes in the parameters of a product environment. These changes are an appropriate adjustments protecting product qualities against environment risk. In this work, we propose an approach focused on intelligent traceability system which is based on a set of collaborative processes that respond to some characteristics of intelligence, security and immediacy. This system acts with a set of defined procedures showing functioning methods of the system. Also, our approach outlines the main steps to understand the system development directions.
