Construction and Realization of Teaching Operating System on Excellent Civil Engineer

The cultivation of innovation and practical ability of undergraduates is an important task of the current reform of higher education, and also is the ultimate goal of excellent engineer training. On the foundation of outstanding practice teaching, building three innovative experimental platforms and formulating excellent engineers training program, the training program system on the cultivation of engineering quality and innovation ability was constructed. The innovative practice teaching mode of One Body, Two Wings and Four Combinations was proposed on the cultivation of engineering quality and innovation ability. The graduate design and thesis mode of Three Doubles was implemented. The university education methods and approaches of Whole Process, Full Range and Full Coverage were explored. The cultivation of civil engineering excellent talent was achieved effectively.
