Hardware for fault diagnosis of analog circuits by multitest method

Problems of test and measurement dealing with diagnostic procedures of analog circuits in frequency domain using the multitest method are discussed. The method for measurement of real and imaginary parts of complex node potentials is described as well as its implementation based on the FPGA.
