Synthesis of test generators based on theory of cyclic codes

The theoretical basis of the data encoding and technical diagnosis has a lot in common, allowing to apply on the attained results in data encoding for the decision making of alike tasks in the mixed Built-in-Self-Test (BIST). The concepts of direct and reversible autonomous linear finite-state machine (LFSM) are offered. The choice of the best sequence of the deterministic test patterns is executed as a result of analysis of simultaneous work of the mentioned types of LFSM.
