Modern decisions of tasks of diagnosticating of the telecommunication systems

The article presents an analysis of the current state of diagnosing telecommunications systems. Justification of the need to develop and improve methods of diagnosing telecommunication systems in order to obtain reliable estimates of their characteristics, the implementation of tasks to optimize them with respect to the chosen criterion of quality of service and the development of appropriate algorithms to manage them. An analysis of recent studies and publications devoted to solving this problem.
