Elementwise diagnosing of technical systems with high reliability requirements

This article proposes approaches and methods for elementwise diagnosing of technical systems during their manufacture and use. The focus is made on the use for diagnosing of the same CAD, which are used in the design of these systems. It is proposed to consider the behavior of parameter values over time, which allows forecasting resources and technical state of the system.
