Development of prototypical portable radio communication range extender system using simplex repeater technique

Creating a system to extend the range for two-way land mobile radio communication (for emergency, business, private, and military purposes) is a priority, especially if it is easy to install, rapidly deployed, and lightweight. Military services widely use a simplex repeater technique to retransmit signals with a design based on VHF range, compatible with existing communication systems. The prototype implemented contains a repeater unit, power supply, and antenna capable of extending communication range as designed. Actual communication and radio wave propagation simulation are compared.
