Thermally stimulated currents studies of the surface component of resorption currents in PMMA

Absorption and resorption currents in PMMA films were investigated using samples provided with different electrodes to distinguish between bulk and surface components. The surface component contribution ranged from 3 to 70 % in the samples designed. It was found that time and voltage dependences differ only slightly for the two components.
