There is strongly increasing focus on Inventory of Operational Support Systems (OSS) in today's mobile telecom business, where mobile operators must address fast evolving requirements, technologies and standards. The main inventory dimensions to be covered in a mobile network could be split into three, which serves as a methodical approach to define the methodology for Inventory System solutions design in this paper: - Network and technology dimension - Functional dimension - Data dimension Implementation of the new common Network Inventory system for Telenor Serbia and Telenor Montenegro Networks, together with the redesign of business processes [1][2][3], are expected to enable the effective and efficient delivery of services and support of changing business needs.
