Dynamic system model non-standard state analyses

The research article is devoted to the functioning of research networks at unintentional traffic patterns. The article presents the variant of transient process benchmark that characterizes the parameters of modern telecommunication networks (TN). Qualitative adjectives analysis has been performed with the help of mathematical model of the digital filter Kalman-Bucy (FKB). The article also deals with the selection guideline of filter criteria and instability bounds at transiency conditions.
