A new 5 V IF PLL for VIF-/SIF-signal detection in TV sets and VTR's

This presentation introduces a new 5 V IC which uses PLL techniques for vision- and sound-lF signal processing in TV sets and VTRS. The functional content of the P-2 and the technique of the two independent PLL demodulators for video and sound signals are described. Finally, a comparison is made with state-of-the-art IF demodulators.
