Oil tanker navigational risk assessment on the Baltic and its impact on Baltic environment

This paper presents an analysis of oil and oil product transportation via Eastern Baltic ports and a methodology for the navigational risk assessment evaluation and navigational risk probability calculation, provides practical calculations and gives explanation into the real situation and risk assessment for the concrete Eastern Baltic ports.
