On the Problems and Strategies of University-Enterprise Cooperation in China

Effective integration of all kinds of resources and mutual assistance are the core of the cooperation between universities and enterprises. This paper expounds the status quo of university-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad, pointing out that strengthening the cooperation between local universities and small and medium-sized enterprises, improving the internal and external environment of university-enterprise cooperation are two major urgent problems to be solved. It also put forward some strategies, namely, establishing service platform, improving the staff incentive mechanism, creating a variety of science and technology parks.
