COUNTER - TERRORISM - Protecting the Nation's Infrastructure

It is some 15 years since, in a classified presentation the author addressed the ADPA at Fort Walton Beach. He then described the way in which the UK was protecting its energy resources against terrorism. He feels we seem to be revisiting the subject. The threat has grown, is directed towards most of the Nation's infrastructure and is of global concern. The structure and content of this paper should leave readers more informed; more aware of a Nation's vulnerabilities and seeing ways of countering the threat.
