Neural switched capacitor low-pass filter for wearable human detection and microwave generation

The chipset of the maximum neural network based on the switched capacitor technique is proposed. The design of analog neural nonlinear programming solvers using switched-capacitor (SC) integrated circuit techniques. By using bilinear transformation to elliptic low pass ladder filter, a switched capacitor (SC) filter is presented for noncontact detection and microwave generation application of cascaded Brillouin oscillation to microwave frequency synthesis at a level comparable to mid-range commercial, all-electrical synthesizers. The proposed SC filter is fabricated with TSMC 0.18 µm CMOS process.
