Estimation and Classification of Signals with Polynomial Phase

The paper discusses the problem of estimating and classifying signals with constant amplitude and polynomial phase. Such signals appear in various radar and communication applications. A new transform is presented, and used to develop an algorithm for estimating the phase coefficients of such signals. The algorithm is illustrated by some numerical examples.
