QoS analysis of WSN based cluster tree data fusion for integrated public utility management

Recent advances in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) made strong impact on the development of low cost remote information monitoring systems. This paper proposes algorithm and simulates the performance matrices analysis of Quality of Service (QoS) parameters of WSN based on IEEE802.15.4 cluster topology for integrated automation of public utility management such as electricity, water and gas. It is used for data fusion and data analytics, theft and leakage detection. We investigate performance metrics which include packet delivery ratio (PDR), end_to_end delay (EED), Jitter, Throughput and energy consumption with respect to varying network size.
