Asymptotic stability of nonlinear systems with holomorphic structure

It is shown that if a system dx/dt=F(z), for z in C/sup n/, F:C/sup n/ to C/sup n/ holomorphic, t in R, is locally asymptotically stable at some equilibrium point in the Nth approximation for some N, then necessarily its linear part is asymptotically stable also.<>
