Analysis of the efficiency of methods for inputting the external information into radiation thermometers

The paper deals with the simulation of error of non-contact temperature measurements in the presence of a number of external destabilizing factors. It is shown that the usage of standard correction procedure utilizing the “coefficient of emissivity” setting doesn't reduce the error to an acceptable level throughout the range. Two methods of an additional external correction are proposed and investigated.
