Using a knowledge base in developing modification for MS Dynamics AX

The paper presents a practical approach of using an ontology in modification developing task for the MS Dynamics AX system. Existing development tools do not consider the context of MS Dynamics AX application objects. The proposed ontology of modifications binds MS Dynamics AX application objects and business processes. The paper proposes the structure of the ontology and the conceptual model of the modification support system.
