Study on stator flux oriented sensorless induction motor control system

An improved Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) flux and speed observer which is able to identify the stator flux and rotor speed is analyzed in this paper. In addition, online identification of stator resistance and compensation of voltage drop on stator resistor are realized. Stator resistance compensation and the torque component of current closed-loop control strategy is adopted in stator flux oriented sensorless vector control of induction motor system. Stator flux control is realized and the system has good robustness.
