Research on 220 kV electronic transformer performance detection problem analysis

According to the current pilot operation in terms of domestic electronic transformer, reliability and stability of the electronic transformer running in the grid needs to be improved. Based on standards of performance testing electronic transformers were tested. The results show that test problems of electronic transformer in electromagnetic compatibiliry(EMC) test and the accuracy of the temperature cycle are the most obvious. This article is a detailed analysis of the project experiment prone to problems. Results of the study prove that make use of surge suppressors and varistor to prevent electromagnetic interference produced by surge harassment in the power port of merger and acquisition. Furthermore, taking advantaging of Y capacitor and ferrite bead to prevent electromagnetic interference generated by electrical fast burst harassment. Compensation for the use of the idea of staging can effectively solve the problem of angel difference and ratio difference and meet the current temperature cycle accuracy requirements. Final test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the measures. Corrective measures were verified by experiments, indicating the validity and reliability of the method. Provide an effective way for the associated electrical equipment against electromagnetic interference and compensating for the accuracy of temperature cycling.
