The analysis of a lightning accident on the resident house which is rented by the Base station

In recent years, with intensive construction of the mobile communication base stations,the base station which is constructed on the resident house is more and more, household appliances in the rented resident house are often damaged due to lightning, thus caused many disputes. In this paper, through the analysis of a lightning strike accident case, introduces the design of the Base station's lightning protection when the Base station is constructed on the resident house, and the lightning protection methods of the residents household appliances.
