In-Ag-Te-Sb Phase Change Recording Media At CD Linear Velocity

Many applications of phase change recording media have been reported so far. It has been very interesting to apply phase change recording media to rewritable CD. Te-Ge-Sb ternary alloy is one of the most investigated materials as phase change recording media. Ohno et al.(l) applied the alloy film to rewritable CD by controlling the composition to decrease the crystallization speed.
