Development of microwave filters for radio modules based on Low-Temperature Cofired Ceramics

As part of the development of the radio receiver module operating at ∼ 1.6 GHz frequency we developed a microwave filter circuit board made of DuPont Green Tape 951 Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC). Electromagnetic simulation of the filter in ANSYS HFSS is conducted, electromagnetic fields are calculated and S parameters are obtained.
