Comparative evaluation criteria technical universities in Russia and Germany

The report provides comparative data for the determination of the world rankings technical (electrical) universities and national ratings of Russia and Germany for technical (electrical) function. The weight coefficients accepted for calculation of indicators, a ratio between them, the structure of technical (electrotechnical) higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation and Germany and the list of the main specialties are given also. Conclusions are given.
