Mathematical data processing of gated spect myocardial perfusion imaging with using wavelet analysis

The problem of mathematical data processing of gated SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) is considered in the study. MPI is modern radionuclide cardiac study that allows evaluating a function of a myocardium. In the study we developed method to measure and visualize myocardial dyssynchrony using wavelet transforms from MPI data.
