Rinaldo castello: trying to balance industry and academia with family life: a pattern of life's gifts and trials that combine themselves to make a beautiful picture

When, during ISSCC 2013 in San Francisco, I was told by Willy Sansen that I was going to be featured on the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Magazine, I was both surprised and grateful for such an honor. My first thought was ?what interesting things can I say about myself?? I was just a teacher and a designer and my most important claim was being the father of three beautiful children, the husband of a loving wife and the friend of many caring people.
