Study on interaction relationship between human capital and industrial structure of Changzhou

This paper analyzes the current development of human capital and industrial structure of Changzhou, respectively from three aspects: the employment structure and industrial structure of the misalignment, industry human capital density, the stock of human capital and industrial structure correlation, analyzes the interactive relationship between Changzhou city's human capital and the industrial structure, draws some conclusions, puts forward related suggestions.
