Radio-frequency arbitrary waveform generation with a programmable SiN spectral shaper

We demonstrate programmable electrical waveform generation around 10 GHz frequency using a SiN microring spectral shaper at both polarizations. Shaping is controlled by ring resonances that may be thermally tuned using micro-heaters in ∼1 ms.
