Stability analysis for linear systems with a time-varying sampling period

In this paper, the exponential stability for linear systems with a time-varying sampling period is considered. The spectrum method based on the discrete system method is adopted. By the new Lipschitz constant, we obtain good results for exponential stability of linear systems with time-varying sampling periods.
