GM (1,1) dynamic modeling for teacher professional development

It's one of the more important factors in promoting teacher professional development to enhance teaching effect. This paper studies the effect of teachers teaching different age segments, taking a middle school for example, to establish a GM(1,1), the dynamic development model, and reveal the law of development between the effect of the age of the teacher teaching.
