Improvements in the Absolute Determination of the Farad and the OHM at LCIE

Following the 1986 experiments performed at LCIE concerning the absolute determination of the Farad and the Ohm, some improvements were made on the main parts, the calculable cylindrical capacitor, the capacitance bridges and the quadrature bridge.
