The geometrical criterion for stability of linear hybrid automata on the plane

This paper presents tools to detect potential sources of instability of planar linear hybrid systems, modeled by hybrid automata. We presented a geometrical criterion by which potentially unstable system can be stabilized by deleting its unstable modes.
