Live broadcast of events with best shot on speaker using tracking methods on audience's mobile phones

The paper deals with the concept of solution for realization of live broadcasts of events with best shot on tracked object using contribution of audience in form of using mobile phones such as streaming and object tracking device. The overall concept consist of two phase, which handle the choosing of mobile device with best shot on speaker in real time based on object tracking methods and also with mechanism for switching video source for resulting stream based on previous evaluation. Paper focuses also on implementation and testing of video stream switching application as a separate part of overall designed solution.
