Models and methods of resource management in the adaptive telecommunication networks

Basing on the analysis, the algorithm of self-organizing base stations network action was proposed and implemented in the simulation model. The simulation results provided the basis for constructing a hardware implementation of adaptive communicational control unit to control communication between the base stations. Results of the research of software and hardware developments have shown their reliable function together in conditions close to real. The installation of the designed adaptive control communication units into the BS is highly recommended, because it will significantly improve the network reliability, performance, and significantly reduce the time required to deploy it.
