Condition and directions of development of service handover procedures in mobile communication cellular systems

The analysis of modern condition of procedures and realization of service handover outlines is presented, their classification is given, on the basis of features of development of modern mobile communication cellular systems the conceptual directions of development of procedures of horizontal and vertical service are planned.
